Meet Kory Parkvold

Born and raised in Saskatoon’s north end, Kory Parkvold has been working in renovations since he was just 15 years old. What started as a natural love for woodworking and working with his hands quickly developed into a lifelong passion for carpentry, renovations, and bringing new life to people’s homes.

After attending BJM High School, Kory pursued his carpentry apprenticeship through Saskatchewan Polytechnic, completing his apprenticeship in 2016 and earning his Journeyman Carpenter certification. Since then, he has continued building his experience across residential renovations, combining practical know-how with an eye for detail and a commitment to doing things the right way.

For Kory, a renovation is about more than making a space look better. It’s about quality workmanship, honest communication, and creating something homeowners can enjoy for years to come. He takes pride in approaching every project with the same care and attention he would give his own home.

When he’s not on a job site, you’ll usually find Kory golfing, out on the boat, or taking the opportunity to unwind on a nice beach with an ice-cold drink in hand.
